Dr. Bruce Gaddie founded Gaddie Eye Centers in 1969.  For over 40 years, Gaddie Eye Centers has served the Louisville and surrounding areas by providing the highest quality eye care.  This tradition continued in 1999 when Dr. Ben Gaddie, the founder's son, joined the practice.  Gaddie Eye Centers has now grown to five locations, including three Louisville offices, LaGrange and Carrollton.  The Gaddie Eye Center family now includes over 45 employees.

We offer the industry's latest technology and most advanced diagnostic equipment. Gaddie Eye Centers' eight eye doctors strive to provide the region's highest quality eye care in diagnosing and managing  eye diseases such as glaucoma, dry eyes, cataracts, macular degeneration and retinal detachments.  We also treat dry eyes, ocular allergies and eye infections routinely and emergently.

Gaddie Eye Centers also specializes in fitting contact lenses including bifocal contact lenses.  Dr. Bruce Gaddie remains a regional resource for specialty contact lens patients including those with keratoconus, corneal disease and post-refractive surgery cases.  We also offer orthokeratology, a highly-specialized process, using contact lenses to temporarily reshape the cornea overnight, allowing daytime freedom from contact lenses.  Gaddie Eye Centers works closely with the highest quality contact lens manufacturers such as Johnson and Johnson, Ciba, Bausch and Lomb and Synergeyes to insure that our contact lens patients achieve the best possible results.

Gaddie Eye Centers boasts an exceptionally large collection of high-end exclusive fashion eyewear.  Our brands include Kate Spade, Oakley, Coach, Ray-ban, Juicy Couture, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein and more.  We also offer premium lines such as Salt, Kawasaki, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, Oliver Peoples, Persol, Burberry and Prada in our boutique collection.  In addition, our extensive sunwear lines include the above designer brands and fashion houses.  We continuously update our collections, offering you the industry's latest fashion eyewear.
